Work you’ll do: 

 

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact.  That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next - use Flow Builder in SF Datacloud to construct personalized flows  

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engage across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder 

  • Configure and deploy automated customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation logic, and personalization strategies based on customer lifecycle and behavioral data 

  • Develop and maintain SFMC assets including emails, landing pages, forms, automations, SQL queries, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and dynamic content components 

  • Build and optimize data models, data extensions, audience segmentation, and integrations between SFMC and external platforms such as CRM, CDP, APIs, and third-party marketing tools 

  • Support end-to-end campaign execution including audience setup, QA/UAT, deployment, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis 

  • Collaborate with strategy, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and marketing workflows 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, data, automation, and campaign delivery issues with minimal supervision 

  • Ensure solution design adheres to platform best practices, governance standards, security requirements, and performance optimization principles 

  • Contribute to technical documentation, solution design specifications, deployment processes, and knowledge sharing within the team 

  • Manage multiple project workstreams concurrently while supporting client stakeholders across delivery and enhancement initiatives 

  • Stay updated on new SFMC capabilities, releases, and digital marketing technology trends to continuously improve delivery quality and platform utilization

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting marketing automation or CRM technology solutions 

  • Strong hands-on technical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engage including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio 

  • Technical hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next including having handled API integrations with Datacloud or other Salesforce Core solutions 

  • Strong understanding of Datacloud segmentation, data pipelines, and activation constraints  

  • Experience developing SFMC solutions using SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and dynamic content personalization 

  • Experience building and troubleshooting automations, triggered sends, segmentation logic, data imports/exports, and campaign orchestration workflows 

  • Familiarity with SFMC data architecture, Contact Builder relationships, Data Extensions, subscriber models, and consent management principles 

  • Experience integrating SFMC with external systems using APIs, SFTP, CRM connectors, or middleware platforms is highly preferred 

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts including customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, email deliverability, and campaign performance optimization 

  • Ability to analyze campaign and customer data to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven marketing initiatives 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous project environments 

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders 

  • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Developer, Certified Data Cloud Consultant will be an advantage 

  • Prior consulting or agency experience supporting enterprise clients across multiple industries is preferred
