Work you’ll do: 

  • Leading workstreams on HR Transformation projects, from planning through delivery - including managing project resources, budgets, as well as identifying and managing risks and issues
  • Advise global, regional and local clients from a variety of industries on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes, covering aspects of strategy, process design & reengineering, service delivery (including Shared Services, Centres of Excellence and Outsourcing), and cloud technology
  • Providing recommendations on aligning people strategies with business strategies, leading and designing and facilitating client workshops
  • Championing strategic causes by influencing and persuading clients and stakeholders to gain buy-in for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
  • Contributing to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential and existing clients
  • Taking an active role in our HR Transformation practice, contributing to industry eminence and team engagement initiatives
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment

Requirements: 

 

  • You are genuinely passionate about HR, keeping abreast of emerging human capital trends, having active interest and desire to transform HR in Southeast Asia and beyond
  • You are degree qualified and have relevant 4-6 years of relevant experience in; HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, shared services, organisation design 
    or a specialist HR area (e.g. learning, recruitment, benefits, rewards, performance and talent) or application of design thinking, user experience, customer centric design
  • You have been involved in at least one to two HR transformations involving cloud products (eg. Successfactors/Workday/Oracle HCM/ServiceNow)
  • You demonstrate social perceptiveness, by listening well and being able to incorporate feedback into personal development and professional growth
  • You are a team player and seek opportunities to collaborate. You are attentive to the needs of others 
    and understand what needs to be done to achieve collective success
  • You demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You have a willingness to work outside of office base and most of all…an appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) for short-term and long-term 
    project assignments
  • Preferred:
    • Have previous consulting experience, either in-house or as part of consulting firm
    • Agile certified
