Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact Thai or Khmer customers through outbound calls with past-due accounts to secure timely payment while maintaining professional, empathetic approach with every customer.
- Work with customers to establish and manage effective payment plans and terms.
- Partner with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the collections process
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through building of strong relationships in an appropriate manner, offering personalized service with a “can do” attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience or non-degree holders with at least 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in voice-based customer contact (customer service, call center, or collections) roles using fluent Thai or Khmer language.
- Fluent in Thai or Khmer language verbal and written – business level proficiency required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related systems/tools or ERPs.
- Background in finance process or collections related experience will be an added advantage
- Working Arrangement: This is a day-shift role and requires working from the office.
