Work you'll do:
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. Elevating the human experience creates enduring value—for the organization, the customer, society, and all.
Strategy at Deloitte brings together the art and science of making, empowering our clients to drive the impact they want to see in the world. As a Strategy Manager, you will help lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and support the development of branding and marketing strategy engagements.
You will participate in the following:
Strategic Management
- Lead B2B/B2C brand strategy projects (e.g. market research, positioning, architecture, naming, digital marketing, activation).
- Accelerating business growth with standout brand pitches and thought leadership
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies and collaborate on setting project goals aligned to brand and business outcomes.
- Stay current on market trends and client industries to inform strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and project planning.
- Apply and adapt Deloitte’s proprietary tools and frameworks to project delivery and value creation.
Project Management
- Lead day-to-day project activities and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, research, digital marketing and technology.
- Monitor project milestones, outputs, and budgets; flag issues and propose course corrections when needed.
- Direct and craft project deliverables including reports, and presentations for clients.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders across leadership and working levels.
- Provide project updates to senior team members and Partners as needed.
- Support team members’ development through mentoring and feedback.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to strengthen the delivery ecosystem

Requirements:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in branding, digital marketing, or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver brand or marketing strategy engagements across industries.'
- Strong analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and passion for making a meaningful impact.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel, depending on project needs (locally or regionally).
