Work you’ll do

This role will give the ideal candidate to be part of the Deloitte Consulting’s Southeast (SEA) Sales & Pursuit Excellence team in providing behind the scenes support to our project team in activities such as:

•    Supporting end to end the pursuit process - proposal development, proposal submission, and orals preparation including 
-    participating in and documenting proposal strategy sessions.
-    coordinating end to end pursuit process with the pursuit team- proposal development, collation of Deloitte wide resources, preparation for QRM/DRB forums.
-    researching facts and figures from Deloitte’s knowledge assets as part of the effort.
•    Working with project teams to develop reusable knowledge assets including capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing information as usable reference for future pursuits
•    Assist in managing updates to Deloitte Consulting’s SEA Sales & Pursuit excellence Sharepoint site (using HTML, Java, and Content Management system).
•    Collaborate closely with Pursuit Writer, Visual Designer and the core pursuit team to pull together compelling proposals for our clients.
•    Researching and testing creative / innovative approaches and technologies that could be leveraged by pursuit team e.g. developing microsites, videos, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Manager with strong consulting and project management skills, good facilitation/presentation skills, with an interest in emerging technologies and innovation. A proactive and hardworking attitude will help him or her excel in this role.

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

• Ideally you have a degree in of Science in Management or a related qualification and a minimum of 10 years' experience in related fileds.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Able to multitask and manage work across multiple streams
• Proficient in HTML, Java and Sharepoint site design and development
• Proficient in web page design and development, video capture and video editing
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
