Work you'll do

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. Elevating the human experience creates enduring value—for the organization, the customer, society, and all.

Martech Strategy & Consulting

  • Advise clients on marketing technology architecture and capability roadmaps
  • Translate marketing and customer experience requirements into Martech solution designs
  • Lead discovery workshops and define use cases, business requirements, and activation strategies
  • Provide recommendations on customer journeys, personalization, and campaign orchestration

Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions

  • Design and configure solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RT-CDP,AJO,Campaign, AA and AT) 
  • Define data flows, audience segmentation strategies, and campaign activation frameworks
  • Support Martech implementation projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution

Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, CRM, and digital teams
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap planning sessions, and capability assessments
  • Support pre-sales and proposal development for Martech and CX engagements
  • Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for business stakeholders

Optimization & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to improve personalization, experimentation, and campaign performance
  • Recommend best practices for data activation, audience management, and journey orchestration
  • Help clients maximize value from their Adobe Experience Cloud investments

Requirements:

 

  • 5–8+ years experience in Martech, CRM, digital marketing technology, or CX consulting
  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RT-CDP,AJO,Campaign, AA and AT) 
  • Experience translating marketing requirements into Martech implementations
  • Familiarity with customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience working with marketing, CRM, and digital teams in enterprise organizations
  • Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
