Work you'll do:
This is a specialized, execution-focused regional role, strategically based in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will move between managing scaled execution programs and maintaining the operational framework that tracks their success. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of data reporting, campaign execution, and the logistical backend for partner marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be highly data-literate, capable of translating complex pipeline metrics into actionable operational insights while simultaneously managing high-volume execution programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the End-to-End Pipeline Data Strategy: Design and maintain the reporting frameworks and data hygiene necessary to track partner-sourced pipeline progress. Develop and manage 'early warning' dashboards to proactively identify funnel gaps, ensuring accurate attribution and ROI measurement.
- Ensure System Compliance and Flawless Execution: Demonstrate expert-level operational command of internal partner marketing platforms, MDF tools, and analytics dashboards to guarantee compliance and flawless campaign execution across the region.
- Manage Financial and Logistical Backend: Oversee the entire logistical process for regional initiatives, including the end-to-end management of sponsorship contracts, invoicing, and budget compliance.
- Accelerate Customer Context Creation: Own the process for turning successful partner nominations into published customer stories, working with cross-functional stakeholders to significantly reduce the production timeline from nomination to publication.
- Translate market Intelligence into Scalable SEA Support: Gather critical, on-the-ground market intelligence from the Indonesian ecosystem. Synthesize these qualitative insights with quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations for sales leadership and develop scalable "partner-in-a-box" assets for broader SEA support.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant B2B Partner Marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years of recent in-market experience within the B2B enterprise technology sector.
- Demonstrable experience navigating the complex channel ecosystems of SEA markets, with a proven track record of successful execution in high-growth markets like Indonesia.
- Expert-level operational command of internal marketing and financial platforms (e.g., MDF tools, analytics dashboards) required to ensure compliance and immediate productivity.
- Proven analytical and data-literate skills, including experience designing end-to-end reporting frameworks for measuring partner-sourced pipeline, ROI, and funnel health.
