Work you'll do:
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia based in Kuala Lumpur. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
As part of Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D), you will work with the team to help our clients optimize their Digital initiatives, leveraging data, technology and marketing strategy.
You will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement in clients' digital marketing efforts.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans encompassing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Provide strategic guidance on the optimization of digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and other online platforms, to enhance user experience and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, providing thought leadership to both internal teams and clients.
- Have a background in project management, and have the ability to apply digital marketing strategy into a region program
- Administer project setup and governance across your team, hosting regular alignment calls to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met.
- Oversee the setup and optimization of internal tools and systems to support program/project management, judging, and reporting.
- Develop and execute structured outreach plans for marketing programs, including ability to coordinate and implement all communications, RSVPs, and post-campaign feedback.
- Support the delivery of in-person events by planning agendas, coordinating logistics, and working closely with moderators and facilitators to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience at a Marketing Agency, with a minimum of 6-8 years in digital marketing consulting
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
