Work you’ll do

• Ability to communicate effectively. Review customer requirements, lead business consultation discussions and translate the requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration throughout various phases of Oracle RMS(MFCS)/ReIM(IMCS)/ ReSA(SACS)/RPM(PCS)/ Allocations/ RIB (RICS)/ implementation project.
• Design and develop Oracle Retail FRICEW components
• Able to work on Oracle tools SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX Shell Scripts
• Design and develop Batch programs using Shell script and Pro*C, BI reports and ADF forms
• Develop good understanding of industry leading practice and independently derive the solution, to be able to develop custom solution using chosen technology
• Identify and understand architectural pieces, provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
• Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
• Able to provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
• Provide timely updates to the supervisor/project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree;
• 5 to 10 years of Functional / Technical experience in Oracle Retail implementation/ upgrade / Support projects
• Experience of being a part of at least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle Retail projects
• Should have worked on at least two of the modules such as RMS (MFCS), ReIM (IMCS), ReSA (SACS), RTM, RPM (PCS), Allocations, RIB (RICS) modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud will be an added advantage
• Exposure to client workshops and process design is a plus for functional profiles.
• Functional experience to include fit-gap analysis of client requirements, functional design documentation.
• Should have strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Shell script and analytical skills for Technical profiles
• Technical experience should have hands on experience in FRICEW components
• Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining technical FRICEW objects
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written), to be able to articulate the problems and make design decision
• Conversant with Oracle Retail product implementation methodologies like waterfall, Agile, DevOps.
• Knowledge in OIC, ADF, ODI, Informatica, OBIEE, SOA or Oracle Retail Cloud Infrastructure will be an added advantage for technical profiles
• A team player who can work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.
• Understands team dynamics and has experience of managing and mentoring both onsite and offshore teams. Should have experience of managing risks, issues and multiple stakeholders.
