Work you will do
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable Junior Technical Specialist with experience in AI application development, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to solve business challenges and possesses the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business process analysis, leadership, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business and technology landscapes, identifying automation opportunities, designing future-state processes, and leading AI engineers in delivering scalable AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications and automation solutions using modern cloud and AI technologies, preferably within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Lead and coordinate a team of AI engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and operational improvement.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including swim lane diagrams, workflow maps, and business process models.
- Define and document current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks for AI engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
- Present solution concepts, prototypes, and completed solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support successful implementation of AI and automation initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI, Generative AI, automation, and cloud technologies, and recommend innovative solutions that create measurable business value.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI solutions, automation, business analysis, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or automation technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or equivalent cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to create swim lane diagrams, process maps, and “as-is” / “to-be” process documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business and technology environments.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to guide and collaborate with AI engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferable experience with Power BI, Agentic AI , RAG architectures, MLOps, APIs, system integrations, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Google Cloud, AI, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement certifications.
