Work you’ll do:
As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our Southeast Asia Consulting practice. You will work closely with Portfolio and Industry leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful operational support.

Responsibilities:
- Support designated Portfolio(s) and Industry leaders in day-to-day sales operations including pipeline management, sales tracking, and opportunity hygiene activities.
- Prepare regular reporting packages such as monthly Portfolio and Industry MBRs (Management Business Reviews), which include sales analysis, WIP/AR updates, landing point performance, and other KPIs.
- Manage daily operational processes including negative WIP clearing, sales pipeline updates, timesheet follow-ups, close-to-market reports, and project code creation support.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with enabling teams including Revenue Management, Finance, Scheduling, HR, and Clients & Industries (C&I) to consolidate inputs for monthly Technology &Transformation and CEO-level MBRs.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of annual revenue and headcount planning exercises.
- Take on special projects or operational initiatives as assigned by the Portfolio and/or Industry leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Outlook (email and calendar management).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:
- Familiarity with consulting-specific tools
- Experience in handling internal reporting cycles and planning exercises.
- Knowledge of Power Automate or other workflow tools.
- Be a reliable and trusted team player who is proactive, responsive, and accountable.
- Demonstrate ownership in your work and actively contribute to team outcomes.
