Work you will do

Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the regional Quality, Risk & Management team. The individual will provide administrative support to the Quality and Risk Management function for the Deloitte Consulting offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate QRM Associates’ work for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct detailed client background checks and escalate risk cases as necessary.
• Support engagement teams on client acceptance and risk procedures.
• Maintain and update client and case databases accurately.
• Assist in improving QRM processes, documentation, and templates.
• Prepare reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Train and guide Associates to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and policy implementation.
• Handle ad hoc research, analysis, and presentations as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related professional services.
• Proficient in MS Excel and database management; familiarity with compliance tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the consulting or professional services industry would be advantageous.
