Work you will do
The Deloitte SEA Compensation & Benefits team plays a central role within the HR function. We are responsible for designing, implementing and managing the compensation and benefits programs to reinforce a pay-for-performance culture that help Deloitte to attract, motivate and retain employees while ensuring fairness, competitiveness and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end mid-year and annual compensation review cycles whilst ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Keep abreast with emerging industry trends and best practices on compensation and benefits. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Participate in market surveys and support the Compensation and Benefits team with market benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Evaluate and administer the compensation and benefits structure, programs and policies (e.g., salary bands, sales incentive plans, benefits plans and insurance policies etc.).
- Provide compensation & benefits consultation and support to HR business partners, key stakeholders and employees, and this includes compensation recommendations for salary proposals, promotions and internal transfers.
- Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc compensation and benefits related reports to provide insights to stakeholders for their planning and decision making. Ensure data integrity at all times.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in compensation and benefits process and administration.
- Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits as needed.
- Perform job mapping exercise and compensation analysis in the event of merger and acquisition.

Requirements:
- Recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a SEA C&B role and interested to learn and grow in the SEA C&B profession;
- Prior relevant compensation and benefits experience and knowledge in HR system will be added advantage.
- Meticulous, excellent attention to details and analytical capability.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel. Experience in VBA will be added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team player with initiative, good project management and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
