Work you will do
You are part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s talent acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast-growing Financial Advisory practice. You strive (both individually and in team) in giving the best-in-class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates. You will:
• Manage a team of recruiters across Southeast Asia
• Work with Financial Advisory Stakeholders to understand, prioritize and manage their requirements
• Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the strategic resource planning process
• Use deep knowledge of effective searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking
• Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate rate negotiation, offer processing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to, the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands
• Present regularly to the business and provide meaningful commentary on relevant and informative metrics
• Support assignments or projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team

If you are someone with:
• Tertiary qualification from a respected institution
• 10+ years’ talent acquisition experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in leading teams and stakeholder management
• Strong people management and team leadership skills and experience
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates
• Ability to manage projects to support goal-oriented recruitment drives.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
• Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Drive, tenacity, client focused, and results oriented
