Work you’ll do
The Talent & Diversity team is responsible for driving various talent initiatives to enable best in class employee experience to different talent pools across Southeast Asia Consulting. Talent initiatives are designed and implemented with agility to address business and talent needs.
The Talent and Diversity Specialist role reports to the Talent & Diversity manager and will support in driving the talent initiatives which also includes working directly with business leaders across the organization to meet the talent needs and provide inputs when required. As part of the role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Talent Experience

Contribute to the design and implementation of talent initiatives across various teams and functions

Work closely with Deloitte SEA Talent team to align and implement talent practices across Deloitte Consulting SEA

Work closely with regional and local HRBPs to execute talent engagement programs to ensure alignment across SEA
-
Manage administrative duties and coordination of talent initiatives.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI):
-
Take a leading role in designing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) agenda in line with themes / pillars cascaded from SEA Talent and DEI Council.

Active involvement in DEI programs and activities in support of Deloitte’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion namely brown bag sessions, Inclusive leadership programs, International Women’s Day, Wellbeing sessions.
SEA Portal Intranet Manager:
-
As a Intranet Manager, to be the governance for all contents that is in the SEA Portal and work with content owners on a quarterly basis to ensure all contents are up to date.

Content owner on talent related content especially on DEI, and other HR content where applicable.

Develop innovative content, such as information kits, internal newsletter, articles, marketing collaterals for talent programs
Data Analysis and tracking
-
Plan, track and analyze employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness through various metrics such as assessments, surveys, and other forms of data gatherings.

Work closely with other HR teams to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data insights through data analysis
-
Generate report on findings and provide observation and recommendation.

If you are someone with:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related discipline.

Minimum 3 years working experience in managing Talent / HR projects.

Possess good business acumen skills, analytical skills to form basis especially in dealing with data to respond to needs from leaders & stakeholders.

Well organized and meticulous with commitment to deliver high quality and accurate work under tight deadlines.

Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Highly collaborative and able to engage and work well with across roles and levels
-
Responsible with a positive can-do attitude and able to adapt to changing priorities and demands
-
High level of integrity and maturity to manage confidential information
-
Independent and is accountable for results delivered.
