Work you’ll do

Support TH Finance Team:

  • Accounts Payable (AP): Assist in verifying vendor invoices and coordinating for payment.
  • Accounts Receival (AR): Issue invoice from local software to clients based on data received from AR Team.
  • Assist in the management of petty cash and process transactions at bank.
  • Ensure original document related to finance are in place.
  • Obtain data from SAP as required by Internal Team.

 

Support TH Human Resources (HR) Team:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings.
  • Assist in onboarding process for new hires by: -
  • training related to time charge, Deloitte portal and LA office.
  • preparing workstations and facilitating access to office systems.
  • providing computer notebook, internet, accessories, etc.
  • Assist in offboarding process by checking for proper document & asset retrieval and completing Exit System.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits/payroll, such as health insurance, iCafe, OT, insurance/social security claims and others.
  • Review records of employee presence in the office based on report received from TH Office Service Team.

 

Office Administration:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing internal and external correspondences, courier and managing office stationery and supplies.

  • Manage corporate document filing & storage, and control access cards.
  • Coordinate for company events and meetings as requested.
  • Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotation, creating purchase requisition (PR)/purchase order (PO), and goods/services delivery.
  • Coordinate and assist for new vendor creation and Business Relation (BR) approval.
  • Manage client document archive in the system and storeroom.
  • Coordinate for World Class and Climate.

 

Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises, including coordinating with cleaning services and building management team for office repairs.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure proper functioning, such as arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.

 

Support TH IT Team:

  • Assist with the re-installation of MS Windows for computer notebooks which returned from resignees.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets, including tracking and maintaining records of computer notebooks and accessories.
  • Coordinate with vendors and TH IT for hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Perform routine check of Server/LAN connection and temperature as instructed by TH IT.
  • Support vendors during onsite maintenance activities in Server Room.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a finance and administrative support role is advantageous. 
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insight information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Communicable English. Can speak Chinese or Vietnamese is and advantage.
  • Work Environment:

    • Typically, office-based with standard working hours.
    • May involve occasional travel for client meetings. (e.q. World Class, Impact Day etc.).
