About the Asia Pacific Development Program

This exciting new program is for our very best high performing talent across our AP firm - the future leaders of the firm. APDP is an intra AP program designed to assist in developing careers, broadening AP networks and building AP and Global mindset; also, it will critically provide access to our biggest clients and assist in developing the AP firm of the future.

About the Role

We are looking for new or experienced managers. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with well-established, and energetic groups of people. They will be able to contribute for the growth and success of audit teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of audit engagements
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients ranging in size, while developing effective business relationships with clients and leading audit teams in delivering quality audits.

Requirements

  • An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant external Audit experience with a public practice firm with at least 2 years of relevant experience at a Senior Associate level
  • Strong audit technical skills, and solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standards
  • Language skills (English-business level in Speaking/Writing)
  • Strong communication/relationship building skills
