Work you will do

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and other key operational units, positioning the wider organization for sustainable growth and success. It includes at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications through advisory, implementation, and operate services to customize and streamline large, complex ERP applications.

• Assist in the delivery of large and complex end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects including oversight of requirement gathering, solution design, and build, oversight of testing, business readiness, and training material preparation through to go-live and post go-live support.
• Learn to engage with business users to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable Anaplan solutions.
• Learn to design and develop Anaplan models, utilizing best practices and industry standards. Lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to drive successful solution adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Anaplan with other systems.
• Eventually learn to present complex technical concepts and ideas in business, management, and project meetings.
• Assist in ensuring the implementation of a robust framework of controls and governance across the Anaplan landscape.
• Enable end-users to engage with the models by incorporating dashboards and visualization.
• Fully document all process and technical deliverables.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• With basic knowledge and understanding to Data, Analytics and SQL.
• With a good understanding of Finance, Management Accounting or Mathematical skills
• Strong academic performance
• Willing to undergo training and get certification.
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
• A sense of humor

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Good financial acumen
• Ability to communicate complex / technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
