Work you will do

The Deloitte-Appian Alliance broadens the reach of our solutions within the digital space, and reimagines the need for custom code applications. As the need for application modernisation grows, Deloitte and Appian are combining insight and innovation to unlock the art of the possible.

Deloitte’s Appian Delivery Approach combines multi-disciplinary consulting experience with the Appian product to provide customers the ability to connect architecture, optimise processes, and realise benefits. We achieve this through a global community of practice, dedicated delivery methodology, platform and solution experience, and Deloitte-built solutions and accelerators.

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure applications function as expected.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain smooth application performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new features and best practices in Appian development to continuously improve application quality and efficiency.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of Appian tool
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications (Preferred): While not mandatory, certifications such as Appian Certified Associate Developer, or any relevant IT certifications, will be advantageous.
