Work you'll do

As a crucial team member, you will be working on the challenges of moving clients’ applications and data centers to the Cloud, automating as much as possible, and simultaneously fulfilling our clients' expectations that applications are always available, flawlessly, and seamlessly working. You’re qualified and experienced in all things the Cloud offers and want to stay at the forefront of distributed computing. You will share your expertise with about 100+ other colleagues in the Cloud Engineering team that is part of Deloitte Consulting. Our team focuses on building our multi-capability engineering team. 

We are cloud engineers who meet the needs of our clients today and design their needs for the future. We support our clients in their (cloud) strategy, and the solution to their dreams and build the future together with them. This requires people with engineering ingenuity in very different ways. Enough about us, let’s talk about you 

If you are someone with: 

• At least 7 years of software development experience, ideally gained in a consulting/agency environment with tier-one clients.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure Integration Services
• Experience with integration development and DevOps
• Skilled with .Net and API Development
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience presenting or talking to groups of varied sizes and skill levels
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and self-direction
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities: 

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Integration Development – App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Storage Account, Event Grid, Application Insights, Event Hubs, Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, Application Gateway, Azure networking, Azure Monitor 
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar code repositories and automated build and release pipelines 

• Prior experience with ARM Templates, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform 
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience  
• Microsoft certifications on relevant technologies
