Work you’ll do

  1. Process claims for staff member benefits; respond to queries and requests related to compensation and benefits.
  2. Initiate endorsements for HMO membership enrollment and termination; inform staff members about the payment and refund of premiums and charges; process billings and refund requests; coordinate with the HMO liaison officer; respond to HMO-related queries and requests.
  3. Prepare work permit and visa documents for seconded or direct-hire expatriates; endorse expatriates to, and coordinating with, external and internal immigration services providers; process payments and billings for immigration-related government fees; respond to queries and requests related to immigration.
  4. Issue resignation alerts; generate leave balance ledgers for resigning staff members; monitor and endorse clearance forms to Finance; prepare last pay documents; and respond to queries and requests related to clearance processing.
  5. Prepare and submit R1A and ER2 reports to SSS and PHIC; assist the Payroll team in generating SSS collection list with payment reference number; process SSS Maternity and Sickness Benefit applications; check the reimbursement status of SSS claims; prepare and release requested PHIC and maternity kit documents; assist in lodging requests for the update of government records; assist in providing pertinent documents for DOLE inspections; and respond to queries and requests related to SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
  6. Monitor staff members’ compliance with DeloittePeopleNetwork (DPN) requirements.
  7. Maintain, update, and archive 201 files; and respond to queries and requests related to employee records.
  8. Assist in the preparation and release of annual Personnel Action Notices.
  9. Facilitate new-hire orientation.
  10. Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements

  1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, behavioral sciences, management, or similar fields is preferred.
  2. Work Experience. For Seniors, at least three years of experience in human resource management. For Junior Associate, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Other Qualifications. Above-average skills in written and spoken English. Keen attention to detail. Strong administrative and organizational ability. Well-developed presentation skills. Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals. Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of the academic community.
