Work you will do

 

As a Central Campaign Manager, you will make global marketing campaign efforts across the regional and local level. You will focus on mindshare, lead generation, and demand generation across multiple product pillars. In this role you will drive operational excellence and coordinate execution of global strategies with regional and local marketers. You will oversee the delivery across project plans and track performance metrics in the region and local levels. The coordination and execution across key points-of-contact in various regional and local marketing teams (e.g., Field marketers, content marketers, SEO and social media) and program operations is critical in the success of this role.

 

  • Bring to life the global marketing vision and strategy at both regional and local levels through planned campaigns and events.
  • Partner with regional and local marketers to coordinate execution of customer journeys, segment requirements (e.g., enterprise vs. SMB), account insights and sales' regional priorities.
  • Partner with campaign-focused product marketing teams to
    • Deliver and incorporate regional and local requirements into the brand global strategy and content
    • Cascade global campaign strategy, budget, and operational requirements to regional and local level execution, ensuring cohesive processes and standards.
  • Accountable for global campaign performance in region and quarterly business reporting to manage campaign-related outcomes and adjust execution strategy as required across both direct and indirect marketing motions as well as all segments (e.g., enterprise, SMB etc.)
  • Enhance efficiency by optimizing resource allocation and global campaign spend, aligning to organizational guidelines and budgets; leverage campaign performance data to drive ROI improvements.
  • Design omnichannel marketing plans in partnership with regional and local marketers, ensuring their coordinated execution of global campaign tactics

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or project management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the regional execution of multiple global campaigns and events
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with campaign management and marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant marketing technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, events and experience management, social media marketing, content marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and email marketing
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and navigate cultural nuances in global campaigns
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust campaign strategies accordingly
