Work you will do
Deloitte’s Organization Transformation Offering enables organization to operate differently in support of their business strategy. This involves helping organizations transform at scale and at pace by enabling transformations through digital adoption, behavioral science, culture, narrative strategy, employee engagement and change leadership – making it simple, empathetic, and engaging for the people.
As a Change Consultant, you will enable clients to deliver strategic transformations in their organizations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results. You will be part of a stream of work to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across organizations, such as: Large ERP Implementations, Cloud Solutions, Future of Learning & Readiness Monitoring
Key responsibilities:
- Impact Analyses: Conduct detailed assessments to understand and document the effects of organizational changes on business units and roles to inform strategic planning.
- Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling presentations to communicate change initiatives and their benefits to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and map key stakeholders to understand their influence, interests, and support needs, facilitating targeted engagement strategies.
- Learning & Development: Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning & development, tailored to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for transition to their future state.
- Communications Development: Create clear, concise communication plans and materials that articulate the vision and objectives of change initiatives, fostering transparency and understanding.
- SharePoint Landing Page Development: Collaborate on developing and maintaining SharePoint sites as a central hub for change-related resources and updates, enhancing accessibility and engagement.
- Process Analyses: Analyse current and future state process to articulate what is changing.
- Role-to-Position Mapping Analyses: Conduct thorough analyses to align agreed system roles with new positions post-change, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and expectations for all involved.
- Organization Structure Design: Support in preparing, exporting and creation of structures along side on the ground experienced organization designers.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 8 years of proven experience in change management or related fields delivering technology driven change projects (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting workplace or organization change in large or complex industries, workshop facilitation, and design for business including persona development, storytelling, and design thinking
- Functional or technical experience looking to take your technology expertise into change & culture transformations
- Experience across multiple business domains or industries
- Lead the development of deliverables and key work products, bringing together inputs from junior team members and/or client representatives
- Understanding and ability to bring together technical and business-related concepts and information
- Passion for the complexity and challenge presented with technology implementations
- Strong experience in stakeholder mapping and engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed impact and process analyses
- Familiarity with SharePoint development and maintenance
- Proficiency in effective communication strategies incorporating storytelling
- Experience in defining and managing workforce transition and organizational design activities is highly regarded
- Experience in development and delivering training materials is highly regarded
