This role sits within the Human Capital portfolio that focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in delivering technology driven change projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting workplace or organization change in large or complex, workshop facilitation, and design for business including persona development, storytelling, and design thinking
  • Workday / SAP consultant with functional or technical experience looking to take your technology expertise into change & culture transformations
  • Experience across multiple business domains or industries 
  • Lead the development of deliverables and key work products, bringing together inputs from junior team members and/or client representatives
  • Driven Technology Adoption with experience in S4Hana as highly regarded
  • Understanding and ability to bring together technical and business-related concepts and information
  • Passion for the complexity and challenge presented with technology implementations
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Developed effective Communications incorporating storytelling
  • Defined and managed Workforce Transition and organizational design activities is highly regarded
  • Experience in development and delivering training materials is highly regarded
