Work you’ll do

•    If assigned to perform full scope audits, ensure proper communication with client in coordination with engagement partner.
•    Draft reports, management letters, and other communications with the client.
•    Understand, document, and evaluate clients’ significant manual and computerized systems, procedures, overall business operations, and industries; keep aware of significant problems and opportunities in our client’s operations.
•    Meet the profession’s and the Firm’s technical standards as established in current professional pronouncements and Firm policies
•    Provide clients with quality service, preserve engagement and client confidentiality, and enhance professional relationships with client personnel.
•    If associates are assigned under your care, review work output produced by associates and ensure that audit procedures are performed in accordance with standards.
•    Identify specific engagement issues and alert the engagement partner and manager about such issues.
•    Comply with the Firm’s administrative policies, practices, and guidelines.
•    Demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, positive attitude, and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
•    Cooperate with colleagues in a manner that recognizes the importance of teamwork in providing professional services.

Overall responsibilities of experienced audit associate and seniors:
•     Responsible for assisting the engagement team from planning to completion of the audit
•     Responsible for managing the junior staffs on their taks assigned to them
•     Responsible for monitoring the engagement's progress

Requirements

Experienced audit associate

• Must be a CPA
• With at lease one year of experience in audit

Senior audit associate

• Must be a CPA
• With at least three years of experience in audit
