The Risk Advisory - Cyber Risk Services team of Deloitte helps organizations create a cyber-minded culture and become stronger, faster, more innovative, and more resilient in the face of persistent and ever-changing cyber threats. The Identity group has a large scale responsibility of helping clients control which employees, partners, suppliers, customers, and citizens access sensitive organizational applications and data.


As a Risk Advisory – Cyber Risk – Identity Senior Manager, you will directly report to the RA Cyber Risk Lead. Your technical expertise will be critical for contributing to the Identity Access Management (IAM) project team in implementing the customer identity access management solution of the client. Specifically, you will act as project manager or technical manager to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.  As the Technical Manager, you are expected to lead architecture discussions with client and provide insights on best practice on IAM/CIAM matters.


The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and have demonstrable experience with the following:


  1. Driving team performance by reviewing project plans and process efficiency are producing desired results
  2. Leading and developing a project team whilst managing client needs
  3. Hands-on technical experience doing end-to-end implementation / configuration of IAM Solutions (e.g. ForgeRock, RSA IGL, Sailpoint, Okta, PING Identity etc.) which would include but not limited to:
    • Configuration of policies, rules, workflows
    • Set-up of IAM environment in a standalone and cluster environment
    • Custom development of modules
    • Java program development involving tool customization
    • Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
    • UNIX/Linux program environment development
    • OAuth2, OIDC
    • Representational State Transfer (REST) web service
  4. Maintaining strong relationship with the client and the IAM team to improve overall understanding and awareness of project progress.
  5. Understanding of Cyber Security concepts and standards. Strong understanding of identity management account and entitlement lifecycle, onboarding and off-boarding, authentication, authorization
  6. Basic understanding of Cyber Regulatory Requirements across Southeast Asia
  7. Creating enterprise architecture models
  8. Case design, mapping business requirements to technical requirements, solution requirement specification
  9. Stakeholder management at varying levels in the organization
  10. Network concepts
  11. Advanced Cyber Security awareness

  1. Qualifications
    • Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar fields.
    • Work Experience. At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Certifications.
      • Required: ITIL v3/v4
      •  Certified IAM Practitioner PREFERRED
      • Good to Have: CISSP, CISM, Comptia+
    • Other Qualifications.
      • Direct people leading experience of 4-5 years in a fast-paced and demanding related field
      • Highly developed analytical skills relating to the interpretation of trends and ability to define and lead implementation of strategies to improve service
      • Prior solid experience to IAM solution systems (e.g. ForgeRock, RSA IGL, Sailpoint, Okta, PING Identity etc.) AN ADVANTAGE
      • Prior solid experience in supporting LDAP accessed through IAM solution systems AN ADVANTAGE
      • Working knowledge of project management collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow) AN ADVANTAGE
      • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
      • Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented
      • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment to empower and reach resolution with peers, colleagues, and senior management
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
      • Experience in programming language (e.g. JAVA, Javascript, Python)
      • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
