Work you’ll do


  • Provide technical support for internal end users on their computing hardware and software on operational basis and ensure the smooth operation of technology
  • A member of Southeast Asia IT Team and collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to support functional teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end user computing and service requirements are met 
  • Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft O365, iOS, Android, or any other authorized systems.
  • Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh or Win OS deployments / upgrades

  • Mininum of 2-3 years related working experiences in supporting 100 - 200 users.
  • Experience with image deployment using Microsoft SCCM, administering Active Directory and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Able to operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android mobiles/tablets, etc.
  • Familiar with basic network troubleshooting.
  • Certified in ITIL, MCSA, familiar with PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
