Work you’ll do
 

  • To learn how to handle and manage tickets in Service Now.
  • Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh or Win OS deployments / upgrades.
  • To assist in providing technical support for internal end users on their computing hardware and software on operational basis and ensure the smooth operation of technology.
  • Support the team in providing technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
  • Assist in installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows 10 or any other authorized systems.

Requirements

 

 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any similar field.
  • Work experience: None required.
  • Required skills:
    - Above-average skills in written and spoken English
    - Keen attention to detail
    - Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability
    - Well-developed presentation skills
    - Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals
