Work you will do
Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and other key operational units, positioning the wider organization for sustainable growth and success. It includes at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications through advisory, implementation, and operate services to customize and streamline large, complex ERP applications.
- Understand application implementation processes such as:
- System configuration
- Data migration
- Testing
- Functional support
- Creation of functional design document
- Effectively demonstrate solutions to business users
- Conduct discovery session and workshops to gather business requirements and understand client processes
- Document functional specifications and business process flows clearly, along with recommendations for best practices and alternative solutions
- Perform health checks and current state reviews of implementations
- Communicate effectively with clients, obtaining sign-offs at each implementation stage, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go live.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience in roles delivering D365 F&O SCM or D365 F&O Finance modules
- Services to clients or working in an end-user context as part of Dynamics 365 SCM or Finance and Operations project. D365 retail rollout experience will be most ideal.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:
- We are seeking individuals with a demonstrable aptitude for learning, exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal), and Hands on experience and applied competencies in either Dynamics 365 SCM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Ability to communicate complex / technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps, recurring integration setups, workflows. Business and data events knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in F&O electronic reporting is a plus
- Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and achieve results
