Work you’ll do

• Lead teams of tax professionals handling mergers and acquisitions advisory engagements and due diligence procedures.
• Handle structuring for investment and exit models for tax and regulatory purposes.
• Provide other services relevant to the tax engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in business tax.
• Significant experience in providing advisory on mergers and acquisitions deals.
• Knowledge in various tax rules and regulations in relation to mergers and acquisitions.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Mentally and physically fit to handle duties and responsibilities.
