This role sits within the Human Capital portfolio that focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Work you will do


As an Organization Transformation Lead, you will enable clients and teams to deliver strategic transformations in their organizations through high-impact learning content that delivers true business value and lasting results. You will be part of a stream of work to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across organizations.

  • Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely work delivery   
  • Lead a team and perform quality assurance and reviews   
  • Develop training and/or change strategy and define client specific training and/or change activities    aligned with project objectives   
  • Lead training collateral development for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like Nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and evaluation   
  • Support change management collateral development, including materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications and engagement materials      
  • Manage resource allocation on project activities and their utilization during the project lifecycle 
  • Structure, review, and validate deliverables, analysis, and recommendations   
  • Own on-time completion of deliverables for yourself and your team   
  • Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte and client quality standards
  • Identify project risks/issues and mitigation strategies and communicate to the senior client/project  leadership proactively   
  • Plan and develop key project communications and regular project status tracking    
  • Lead and manage firm/practice growth through firm initiatives

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 12 to 20 years of experience in delivering technology driven change projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.) including planning and conducting workplace or organization change in large or complex, workshop facilitation, and design for business including persona development, storytelling, and design thinking
  • Experience across multiple business domains or industries 
  • Lead the development of deliverables and key work products, bringing together inputs from junior team members and/or client representatives
  • Driven Technology Adoption with experience in S4Hana as highly regarded
  • Understanding and ability to bring together technical and business-related concepts and information
  • Passion for the complexity and challenge presented with technology implementations
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Developed effective Communications incorporating storytelling
  • Defined and managed Workforce Transition and organizational design activities is highly regarded
  • Experience in development and delivering training materials is highly regarded  
  • Experience working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, or related
  • Certified Digital Adoption Solution Engineer or experience in WalkMe digital adoption (preferred)


To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Instructional Design (creating and developing creative and visually appealing deliverables for training and/or change management for large-scale business transformations)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Project Management (Client and stakeholder engagement, Resource and effort estimation, Risk management)
  • People development (Team building and collaboration),
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Advanced data analysis (MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, etc.)
