Work you’ll do

  • Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, selecting and on-boarding candidates for various job openings across the firm
  • Assist the recruitment team in scheduling candidates for initial interview
  • Assist the recruitment team in updating the candidate tracker
  • Facilitate TIN application for new hires with no existing TIN yet
  • Assist the recruitment team in checking and monitoring the completeness of the Pre-employment requirements of the new hires
  • Schedule and monitor results of pre-employment medical exam of candidates who already accepted the offer
  • Assist the recruitment team in creating the SAP account of new hires in SuccessFactors
  • Assist the recruitment team in gathering salary data of candidates across various positions
  • Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, behavioral sciences, management, or similar fields is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Registered Psychometrician (preferred but not required)
  • Above-average skills in written and spoken English.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability.
  • Well-developed presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
  • Ability to build relationships with students, professors, and other members of the academic community.
  • Open for contractual employment.
