Work you’ll do
 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and professional individual to act as the in-country team lead and QA manager. The candidate will report to the UK based Delivery Manager. A strong candidate for this position will have a proactive attitude, impeccable attention to detail, a drive for quality, and an eye for process improvement. A background in the regulation/due diligence/KYC industry is desirable, with a keen interest in learning and understanding risk threat areas. The candidate will possess good leadership and management skills and will be adept at prioritising and assigning tasks.


The individual will be required to:

  • Research entities/risk threats/ecosystems/regulations across a number of industries using a broad range of sources via our suite of technology platforms
  • Compile analytical reports on findings and insights
  • Lead a small team of data processing analysts in the provision of Intelligence Services Centre services
  • Conduct Quality Control of all reporting prior to client delivery
  • Support the continuous process improvement of a developing proposition
  • Maintain an awareness of emerging global risk threat areas

Requirements

 

 

You will receive training for the role from the outset, including induction on the specific monitoring technology used in the delivery centre. You will need:

 

 

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in similar capacity, desirable in the intelligence community but not mandatory
  • Experience leading teams of analysts in data processing activities
  • Conversant with open source internet research techniques
  • Computer literate, with an understanding of technological intelligence platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail and steadfast focus on quality
  • A proactive attitude and ability to problem solve, identify and manage issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Ability to juggle and manage a number of different work-streams and work to targets and deadlines
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to shift focus and priorities quickly and effectively
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to guide and communicate with a variety of team members and stakeholders
