Deloitte's Enterprise Application SAP practice helps organization solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.


Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in SAP Customer Service
  • At least 1 end-to-end SAP CS implementation or configuration project.
  • Experience in SAP CS/PM Support project.
  • Experience in AMS tools like CHARM, Service Now, Solution Manager, ALM.
  • Knowledgeable in integration with SAP Finance, Sales and Distribution (OTC), Plant Maintenance (Orders & Notifications)
  • Experience in testing (unit & integration testing), user acceptance testing support, defect resolution, hyper-care to transition to AMS
  • Experience of working on customization objects such as interfaces, enhancement
    • Writing functional specification
    • Identifying security requirements
    • Perform functional unit and integration testing
    • Good understanding of the Business Processes
    • Ability to analyze as-is processes and identify flaws in logic.
    • Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules.
    • Write or understand Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
    • Good hands-on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, team members, and Client.
    • Present and discuss work results clearly. 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Hands-on support in SAP Customer Service/Service Management, take responsibility for SAP CS/SM related assignments on the projects and Incident and Change Mgmt. incl. Enhancements
  • Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer Extensive experience of Service Contracts and integration with Service Orders for billable and non-billable scenarios.
  • Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process and on demand service.
  • Knowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping system Worked in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, Cross Selling, Out Put Control, Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account determination, Rebate Agreements and Partner Determination. EDI and IDoc Processing.
