Work you’ll do 

 

Deloitte's Enterprise Application SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly. 

 

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte's SAP practice. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Customer Service Systems Consultant to drive the advancement and deployment within SAP Customer Service (CS). In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the CS functions meet operational requirements by overseeing the development, maintenance, and rollout of functionalities and interfaces.

  • System Development and Roll-out: Lead the continuous development and deployment of SAP CS system, ensuring alignment with operational needs and requirements.
  • Functional Oversight: Manage the development, maintenance, and implementation of functionalities and interfaces critical to CS operations.
  • Global Process Optimization: Establish global transparency across SAP landscape and CS processes, driving efficiencies and process optimizations globally.
  • Business Process Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of internal CS business processes and goals. Develop solutions that enable rapid adaptation to evolving market demands.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Explore innovations in CS business practices, assessing their feasibility. Drive performance and process optimization initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Independently lead complex projects aimed at implementing new product, platform, and system strategies within CS.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for managing external partners, including functional and technical consultants, ensuring successful implementation of projects.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you 

 

If you are someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered. 
  • Proven experience (4 years) in SAP CS module implementation, development, and management.
  • At least 1 end-to-end CS/PM/EAM implementation projects and/or configuration projects.
  • In-depth application knowledge in the SAP Customer Service environment (CS, interfaces to e-ticketing and dispatch tools, installed base)
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems and their integration with Customer Service processes.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client
  • Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • SAP Plant Maintenance/Asset Management experience can also be considered.
