Work you will do

Deloitte's Enterprise Application SAP practice helps organization solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution.
  • Configure SAP SD module components including sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, etc.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solution.
  • Maintain SAP SD master data (customer, pricing, and material).
  • Document business processes, configurations, user manuals, and creation of functional designs.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate business processes.
  • Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • Support end-users in troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD-related issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, and PP modules.
  • Assist in data migration and report generation using various SAP tools.
  • Is up-to-date with SAP best practices and new developments.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Strong understanding of SAP SD configurations and order-to-cash processes.
• Participant and contributor to blueprinting and design workshops for exploration and ideation.
• High level of proficiency in understanding of SAP business processes and integration with other modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• SAP Certification in Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Applied and repeated experience on SAP implementation or support projects.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP tables (e.g., VBAK, VBAP, LIKP, LIPS.)
• Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ALM, etc.).

• Excellent customer focus and results-orientation.
• Experience in leading global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment.
• Present and discuss work results clearly.
