Work you’ll do

 

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.

  • Support Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of content for social media, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.

Requirements

 

  • Currently pursuing or completed Degree and open for internship

  • Business/Communication faculty grads are preferred

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Resourceful and Driven
