Work you’ll do


This role sits within Customer and Marketing. With a track record of collaboration and integration, Deloitte and Salesforce can help organizations in their efforts to achieve their business goals, whether it's through social, mobile and open collaboration in the call center, or enhanced data analysis and interaction with clients. You’ll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client’s current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

  • Drive project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely

  • Assess client business requirements, and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices

  • Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively

  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices

  • Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption

  • Author & review functional specification documentation for implementations and other large projects

Enough about us, let's talk about you


If you are someone with:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) B2C eCommerce platform

  • Strong working knowledge in web development

  • At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience using any of the following:

    • Vanilla JavaScript / Node.JS / Express.JS / JSON data/structure
  • Strong experience in OOP (Object Oriented Programming), Restful API (Integration), GIT and GIT commands and MVC

  • Experience in Front-End web development (a big plus)

  • Willing to learn, undergo training and certification and experience Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C

  • Attention to making secure, well performing apps

  • A self-motivated, problem-crushing attitude

  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills

  • Strong leadership skills. You master your technology and lead people to deliver quality outcomes

  • Experience in Agile delivery model

  • Advanced technical analysis and process definition skills
