  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions according business requirements/specifications, quality standards and best practices (configuration vs. coding) to meet project and client objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Document solutions and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features and best practices.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce applications
  • 5 years of project implementation & support experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Strong foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio/Vlocity, Integration (API), CI/CD, Flows, configuration, design patters, Salesforce limitations, best practices
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Certified in one or more of the following:
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Platform Developer 1
    • Salesforce Platform Developer 2
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
  • Public Sector Solutions
