Work you will do:

This role sits within Customer and Marketing under Digital Customer offering. Deloitte’s Digital Customer offering leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance your customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up your brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help you make those memorable for your customers, but we integrate your whole business around those moments—whether it’s a trip into your supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment, or advancing the customer mindset of your employees and partners. We find value in the entirety of your business to keep your customers coming back for more.


  • Responsible for the scoping and positioning of new engagements.

  • Will act as a key point of contact for solution consulting on opportunities within designated offerings and capabilities.

  • Will manage a team of resources, as well as handle all resource planning and staffing for teams on a broad range of services engagements, maximizing billable utilization.

  • Furthermore, the role will manage project portfolios and ensure that quality standards for delivery are exceeded.

  • The Practice Manager / Delivery Lead will serve as an escalation point for services engagements.

  • As well as being a key resource for internal practice development efforts, will train and mentor new and experienced resources.


Enough about us, let's talk about you


If you are someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience relevant to delivery management or project management position

  • Preferably with 4 years of consulting experience and 5+ years project management experience in combined salesforce development, salesforce functional and salesforce marketing cloud

  • 8 years of project management leadership experience

  • Implementation experience with ERP, CRM, and PSA applications, and a good understanding of integration, data, customization, and other data and analytics & CRM implementation related principles

  • Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus

  • Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals

  • Outstanding client-facing skills. History of building extraordinary relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience successfully delivering presentations and managing meetings via web conferencing
