This role sits within Customer and Marketing. If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of software development in Salesforce Apex or Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Support 
  • The following skills are preferred:
    • Lightning Web Component (LWC) development 
    • Lightning (Aura) experience
    • Sales and Service Cloud experience
    • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (preferred)
    • CPQ and Billing (preferred)
    • Conga Composer (preferred)
  • Presales: Experience in configuration & developing Proof of Concepts and assist in development effort sizing 
  • Delivery: Minimum 2 years of SF Project implementation experience on the development phase. Preferably in SF iterative or agile implementation methodology 
  • Delivery: Able to execute project work independently or minimal assistance 
  • Certifications in Salesforce.com ADM201, DP1 and subsequently DP2 and knowledge of Force.com platform and other SF featured products (marketing cloud) are a plus 
  • Good communications skills, attitude and ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory 
  • Understanding basic Software and Project Management life cycle are essential 
  • Exhibit good team player spirit and promote collaboration 
  • Strong passion for technology, attitude for learning and a commitment for excellence 
  • Experience in Consulting is highly preferred
