Work you’ll do
As a Senior of the SEA Transfer Pricing Centre in the Philippines, your roles and functions would include:
- Preparation of TP documentation in relation to various intercompany transactions
- Assist clients with the preparation of the TP Disclosure Forms and working with clients in a broad range of industries.
- Preparation of transfer pricing and other analyses in relation to dispute resolution and negotiations with the tax office
- Liaison between transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and other relevant service areas
- TP advisory and Country-by-Country reporting advisory and compliance
- Conducting benchmarking analysis using databases (TP Catalyst) and related tools
- Leading / managing a team of tax associates (fresh graduates) and mentoring & training them
- Any other functions ancillary to the above

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar fields
- Preferably, with at least 2-3 years of TP-related work experience
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Drive, tenacity, and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Excellent control over MS Office applications. Working knowledge of database tools like TP Catalyst and Tax Model will be added advantage
