Work You’ll Do

Providing high level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team. You will prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver technical design documents. Understanding the workflow engines is necessary. Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs, evaluate their existing systems, and propose solutions to improve their business processes with software.
• Plan, coordinate and manage development projects, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the on-time delivery of quality software.
• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent 
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting industry
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis
• Experience in end-to-end application development – minor and major enhancements; creating custom scoped application and catalogues from scratch.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and AJAX Development
• Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM)

• Experienced in integration using ServiceNow API Unified Gateway, REBAR and SOAP, REST API
• Experienced building custom widget, UI Macro and UI pages
• Experience in carrying out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
• Experience in Scrum agile methodology (Daily Scrum meeting, Sprint, Grooming and retrospective)
• Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• ServiceNow fundamentals and scripting
  • Experience in building client-side scripts (Catalog client, scripts, client scripts, Catalog UI policy Actions) and server side scripts (Business Rules, Script Include, Data Policies, UI Actions, Fix Scripts, Scheduled Jobs)
  • Experience in Workflow configuration, Table Configuration, Roles, Transform maps, ACL, Email Notifications(Event triggers, Email Scripts, Notifications) Client – Server scripting using AJAX, REST
• Front-end development
  • Experience in doing UIs for Web tools using HTML, Angular and ReactJS based on designed wireframes, stories, and process flows.
  • Experience in JavaScript, typescript, SCSS and bootstrap framework.
• Any 2 ServiceNow Certifications across various products:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced environment
