Work you will do

- Conduct research and discovery activities to uncover user needs, market trends, and business opportunities, using methods such as interviews, surveys, and facilitated workshops that drive collaboration and align stakeholders on project goals.
- Translate insights into actionable deliverables, such as Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, Value Proposition Canvases, and Concept Designs.
- Create prototypes (low to high fidelity) to test and validate service concepts, ensuring alignment with both user and business requirements.
- Develop end-to-end service designs that integrate digital, physical, and operational touchpoints to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and designers, to ensure service solutions are feasible, viable, and desirable.
- Present findings, recommendations, and designs to clients and stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative and effective service design solutions to projects.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Advertising & Public Relations, Applied Communication, Business Administration (BBA or MBA), Marketing and other related fields.
- 1–4 years of experience in service design, customer experience, or related fields, with a strong focus on human-centered design.
- Practical experience conducting and applying research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, workshops, and ethnographic studies.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver key design artifacts, including Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, Value Proposition Canvases, and Prototypes.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality outputs.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within consulting, agency, or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodologies, and systems thinking.
- Knowledge of emerging digital tools for design and research, such as Dovetail and Maze.
- Experience with service design in complex systems, including financial services, government, or healthcare.
- Advanced degree or certification in a related field.
