Work you’ll do

When it’s time to reinvent how the wheels turn in your organization—to react, innovate and reconfigure your business, our Operations Transformation professionals’ deep sector knowledge, coupled with our operational and technical expertise, bring your strategy to life in delivering lower-cost, more effective and fit-for-the-future operations that underpin profitable growth. We plan and deploy game-changing cognitive and digital technology to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, transform payments and revenue processes, and benefit from innovative and emerging business models.

You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" transformation strategies to drive business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.

You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:

• Research market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, regulations, and emerging technologies; synthesise findings into actionable implications.
• Support market sizing, opportunity assessment, segment analysis, benchmarking, product or proposition design, and strategic option development.
• Analyse business processes, customer journeys, systems, data, controls, pain points, dependencies, and operational performance.
• Help define target operating models, roles, governance, processes, service models, KPIs, controls, and capability requirements.
• Develop revenue, cost, investment, benefits, profitability, sensitivity, and scenario models to support investment decisions.
• Create concise, evidence-based PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, option papers, workshop materials, reports, and decision documents.
• Prepare and support interviews, workshops, working sessions, and steering committee meetings; capture decisions and translate input into actions.

Requirements

You are someone with:

• 4–9 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, banking, fintech, payments, cards, or digital transformation in the Philippines market.
• Must have worked in one of the following: top tier consulting firm, leading banks, fintechs and/ or other financial services firms.
• Preferred experience with one or more of cards, issuing/acquiring, merchant payments, payment gateways, QR payments, instant payments or cross-border payments.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations.
• Able to identify credible sources, conduct market and competitor research, analyse regulatory and industry information, and synthesize insight.
• Proficient in Excel, including structured financial models, scenario analysis, data analysis, charts, pivot tables, and quality checks.
• Advanced ability to independently prepare polished, logically structured, executive-ready presentations with clear storylines, tables, and charts.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to explain complex findings clearly to business, technology, operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience preparing workplans, managing deliverables, tracking risks/issues/dependencies, and working effectively across multiple concurrent tasks.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, supporting workshops, engaging client teams, and translating stakeholder input into structured outputs.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, technology, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, curiosity, teamwork, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
