Work you’ll do:

 

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across a range of enterprise solutions, tailored to client needs
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions through detailed design and hands-on configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers within the team.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client demos to ensure user adoption and solution alignment.
  • Perform system administration, platform upgrades, and patch management when necessary.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.
  • Assist in proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client presentations as needed.

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
  • Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment :
  • Willingness to work outside of office base as project needs require
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities: 

  •  Minimum
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules)
  • Nice to have
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
    • ServiceNow Discovery
