Work you’ll do
You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia Technology & Transformation’s Talent Acquisition Central Services team to provide impactful supports in delivering recruitment strategy and execution to our fast-growing management consulting practice. You will give the best-in-class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates.
You will:
• Collect, clean, and organize recruitment data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Utilize expertise in Advanced Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Python, and R to perform in-depth analysis of recruitment data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights
• Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using Excel/ Power BI for key recruitment metrics and KPIs reporting
• Develop interactive and user-friendly data visualizations to aid in decision-making and provide actionable insights to TA team and management
• Collaborate with TA team to develop predictive models using Python or R to forecast recruitment needs and optimize resource allocation
• Streamline data integration processes to enhance the efficiency of TA operations
• Implement and oversee data governance best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by management to address specific recruitment challenges and opportunities
Requirements
You are someone with:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of technical experience in complex reporting and data analytics, with a focus on recruitment metrics (candidate with more extensive experience may be considered for senior position)
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Experience with HR or recruitment data and tools is a plus
