Work you will do

Deloitte’s Engineering offers help to enable organization’s end-to-end journey from on-premise legacy systems to the cloud, from design through deployment, and leading to the ultimate destination—a transformed organization primed for growth.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Technical Leadership: Setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and guiding the team on technical solutions.

• Team Management: Delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.

• Project Oversight: Monitoring progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, and managing technical risks.

• Quality Assurance: Enforcing quality standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the final product meets requirements.

• Communication and Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., product management, design), communicating technical information to stakeholders, and bridging communication gaps.

• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices and integrating them into the team's workflow.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in Software Development with 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead
• Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in Golang (Go Programming Language), Julia, C/C++ and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and neural network design
• Experience developing and validating simulation or mathematical models
• Familiarity with automatic differentiation frameworks
• Experience in discrete/discontinuous modelling approaches
• Experience designing and implementing optimization algorithms
• Background in non-linear control theory (preferred but not required).
