Work you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, offer management, and pre-onboarding requirements.
- Work closely with internal hiring managers and leaders, understanding their requirements across different levels and capabilities within the firm.
- Organize and conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation, offer discussion, collecting pre-employment requirements, assisting on the onboarding while maintaining good professional relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Design and implement results-driven talent strategies for recruiting research, talent mapping, and market intelligence
- Identify suitable candidates through database, headhunting, google searches, different job channels, social media, events, and personal networking.
- Manage candidate tracking system and update recruitment 201 files
- Assist in facilitating recruitment marketing and events.
- Provide accurate reports on recruitment status and activities
If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting. Experience as Technical Recruiter for an IT or Consulting firm an advantage
- Excellent research and sourcing skills using different job portals / social media tools
- Have previous experience recruiting for a variety of niche roles and identifying them through deep web search
- Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- Tech-savvy and love to learn and understand new systems and processes
