Enough about us, let’s talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• At least 4 years of experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space   

• Experience of working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, or related

• Experience in creating training materials and strategy around SuccessFactors space.

• Experience in:

  • Planning and managing complex projects and ensure timely work delivery 

  • Developing training and/or change strategy and define client specific training and/or change activities aligned with project objectives 

  • Creating training collateral development for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like Nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and training evaluation 

  • Supporting change management collateral development, including materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications, and engagement materials    

  • Identifying project risks/issues and mitigation strategies and communicate to the senior client/project leadership proactively 

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Key Skills: Instructional Design, Excellent verbal and written communication, Client and stakeholder engagement, Project management, Team building and collaboration, People development, Resource and effort estimation, Risk management, Critical thinking and problem solving, Advanced data analysis (MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, etc.), Functional knowledge (good to have)
